Kitch is a chef-led cooking experience focused on real technique, thoughtful ingredients and practical skills you can actually use. Led by Keefe, with a background in Michelin-starred kitchens including Zén and Esora, sessions are designed to go beyond recipes, building confidence in butchery, knife work and everyday cooking.

We offer small, hands-on classes and private experiences across fish fabrication, poultry butchery and knife sharpening, all delivered in a personal, focused setting.
